QA Engineer
Lead the development and execution of test scenarios, plans, and performance analysis for autonomous vehicles, ensuring robust evaluation of ADAS/AD sensor systems and driving behavior.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze driving environments and design comprehensive test scenarios and procedures for autonomous vehicles.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans to evaluate autonomous driving performance.
- Collect and analyze real‑world driving data to assess vehicle performance and generate actionable reports.
- Identify vulnerabilities in autonomous systems and propose improvements to enhance safety and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with developers and cross‑functional teams to drive performance optimization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ADAS/AD vehicle testing or 2+ years in automotive component testing (OEM or Tier‑1).
- Strong background in sensor technologies (Radar, Camera, LiDAR) and related test scenarios.
- Proven ability to design test plans, execute tests, and analyze performance data.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Control Engineering.
