About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust test automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for web applications, ensuring high code coverage and quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
- Champion best practices in test automation and SDET methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Automation Lead or Senior SDET.
- Strong proficiency in Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and bug tracking systems.
