Senior Test Automation Engineer leading end‑to‑end IAM testing on SailPoint and NetIQ, building Selenium‑based Java/Python scripts, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous quality delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive testing of IAM solutions across SailPoint and NetIQ platforms, ensuring functional and security compliance.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium with Java and Python, enhancing test coverage and execution speed.
- Build and support Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, automated test execution, and detailed reporting.
- Analyze defects, perform root‑cause investigations, and collaborate with development teams to drive rapid resolution.
- Document test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks, providing clear guidance for QA and DevOps teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on test automation in IAM or related security domains.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, and Python for test script development.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, build/release management, and test reporting.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including SailPoint and NetIQ.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
