About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for customer-facing insurance workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
- Perform API testing to validate backend services supporting customer journeys.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to resolve them.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques.
