QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test suites for web and API applications, ensuring high quality and rapid delivery using Selenium, Java, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web and API applications using Selenium, Java, and TestNG.
- Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to translate functional requirements into automated test cases and scripts.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Document test strategies, frameworks, and best practices for knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation engineering with a strong background in Java and Selenium.
- Proficiency in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and experience with TestNG or JUnit.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and automated test integration.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
