TEST / AUTOMATION ENGINEER - 360 Treasury Systems AG

Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to define clear test objectives and strategies
• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and well-structured test cases for both manual and automated testing
• Build and optimize regression test suites to ensure consistent quality across software releases
• Share responsibilities across manual and automation testing activities
• Develop and implement automated testing solutions to support various project needs
• Enhance and scale existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency
• Continuously review and refine automation approaches to align with evolving project goals
• Monitor and report quality assurance metrics regularly to ensure transparency and accountability in deliverables
• Contribute to improving the overall quality, stability, and performance of the platform
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, support, project management, and business stakeholders
• Stay informed about emerging testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation in testing practices

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Finance degree is a plus
• 4–5 years of software testing experience, with balanced exposure to manual and automation testing
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude, and attention to detail
• Experience or familiarity with trading and banking domains is a strong advantage
• Basic to intermediate skills in writing test automation scripts, preferably in Java
• Exposure to relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Experience testing REST and FIX APIs; hands-on work with applications in Unix/Linux environments
• Practical experience or familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo) and version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
