Lead the design, execution, and analysis of comprehensive test programs for motor systems, driving performance validation and reliability improvements through dynamometer, endurance, and environmental testing.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute structured test programs for motor systems, including dynamometer characterization, endurance, and environmental exposure.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to generate clear evidence of performance and reliability.
- Investigate failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with design, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to implement practical improvements.
- Support customer and field trials, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting during real‑world use conditions.
- Document test procedures, results, and recommendations in detailed reports for cross‑functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong background in motor system testing and validation.
- Proficiency with dynamometer equipment and endurance testing protocols.
- Experience in environmental testing and data analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate findings into design actions.
