Our client based in Lund is pioneering next-gen ADAS and AD systems for the automotive sector. We are looking for a consultant who can strengthen the team in the area of hardware and software testing and validation for embedded systems.

Role Overview: We’re seeking a Test and Validation Engineer to drive the testing and validation of integrated hardware/software solutions, ensuring they meet automotive standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test strategies, execute test plans, and validate product performance in real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define system and component validation criteria
• Develop and execute test automation frameworks
• Oversee hardware lab setup and in-vehicle testing
• Perform simulation tests to replicate real-world conditions

Your Profile:

• 5+ years in hardware/software testing and validation
• Proficiency in Python , C++ , or Rust , and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems , sensors, and hardware testing equipment
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
