Test and Evaluation Engineer - S4, LLC

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements, concept of operations, and acquisition plans to develop comprehensive evaluation and test plans.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts in Python, ensuring coverage of functional and performance criteria.
• Collect, process, and analyze test data, producing clear status reports and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product owners in short spin cycles (develop, test, deploy, repeat) to deliver incremental software services.
• Apply DevOps principles to integrate testing into continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in test engineering for complex systems, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on expertise in Python scripting, test automation frameworks, and data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting test procedures and reporting results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
