About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all digital transformation initiatives within the Test & Evaluation organization, focusing on StarDrive and Design Cycle Acceleration portfolios.
- Drive adoption of PLM tools, Model Based Enterprise practices, and data stewardship standards across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define and implement engineering tool management strategies that support rapid development cycles.
- Champion a digital‑first culture, providing guidance, training, and best‑practice frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality digital solutions.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading digital transformation or technology implementation projects in a complex engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLM systems, Model Based Enterprise concepts, and data stewardship practices.
- Excellent project management skills with proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leaders.
- Background in Test & Evaluation or aeronautics engineering is highly desirable.
