We help teams validate what they build across the entire software development lifecycle, grounding AI personas in real user behavior and business context, then proving them out by replaying past product decisions. We are a small, exceptionally talented team (ex-Amazon, Nvidia, Uber, Stanford, CMU) hiring our first engineer. We work onsite in SF five days a week (open to relocation for the right person) and offer meaningful founding equity. This is an unconventional role. We want an "agent-native" engineer.
