Tendering Engineer, Data Centres - Schneider Electric

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare technical and commercial proposals for data centre critical power and cooling solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis and cost estimations for tender submissions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to present and negotiate proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Support the growth of the UK Solution Centre tendering team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tendering or solutions engineering, preferably within the data centre industry.
• Strong understanding of critical power and cooling systems.
• Excellent technical and commercial proposal writing skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into viable solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
