Key Responsibilities
- Respond to on‑call tickets and incidents via phone, email, and remote tools during scheduled shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows, networking, and peripheral issues for end users across multiple sites.
- Escalate complex problems to senior teams while documenting solutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, follow ITIL processes, and contribute to knowledge base updates.
- Participate in after‑hours and weekend rotations as required to ensure continuous coverage.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a help desk or service desk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident‑management best practices.
- Availability for flexible on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
