About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new trade customers through face‑to‑face and phone outreach.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and project requirements.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and keep the sales pipeline active.
- Collaborate closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to align opportunities.
- Track sales metrics, update CRM, and report progress to depot leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or telesales within a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple accounts and a dynamic pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced depot team.
