Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans for telephony and VoIP solutions.
- Execute functional, integration, and performance tests on SIP-based communication systems.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with government security and quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test engineering for telephony or VoIP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SIP protocols, VoIP architectures, and related testing tools.
- Proficiency in creating detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain necessary clearances.
