Systems Engineer
Telecommunications Systems Engineer responsible for designing, integrating, and maintaining advanced RF and network solutions across LTE, 5G, and satellite platforms, ensuring secure, high‑performance communications for critical missions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy RF and network architectures for LTE, 5G, and satellite communication systems.
- Integrate cross‑domain technologies, ensuring interoperability between terrestrial and space‑based platforms.
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of signal integrity and network throughput.
- Implement robust security measures, including encryption, authentication, and threat mitigation for mission‑critical data.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop system specifications, documentation, and compliance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RF/network design, LTE/5G, or satellite communications.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, 3GPP, SIP) and signal processing.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB, CST, HFSS) and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in high‑pressure, mission‑critical environments.
