Seeking a Telecom Technician for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to support critical telecommunications infrastructure in remote oil field sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining VoIP, wireless, microwave radio, and RF systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diverse telecommunications systems.
- Support and maintain VoIP systems, wireless access points, and microwave radio links.
- Manage and maintain RF communications equipment and related telecom systems.
- Ensure the reliable operation of critical telecommunications infrastructure in remote and industrial work sites.
- Conduct hands-on field work to address technical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecom Technician or in a similar O&M role.
- Familiarity with VoIP, wireless technologies, and microwave radio systems.
- Knowledge of RF communications principles and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex telecom issues in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure maintenance.
