About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise telecom networks, including VoIP, LTE, and emerging 5G solutions.
- Conduct RF planning and capacity analysis to optimize coverage and performance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and evaluate technology options.
- Provide technical guidance and training to client staff on new telecom systems and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in telecom network design and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, LTE, 5G, and RF planning tools.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex telecom projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
