Seeking a TechOps Administrator I to provide 24x7 operational support for Azure and Office 365 platforms within a Secure Operations Center. Responsibilities include maintaining system availability, supporting deployments, and assisting with outage response.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office 365 platforms.
- Maintain high system availability within the Secure Operations Center (SOC) environment.
- Support deployment activities and ensure smooth integration of new systems and updates.
- Assist in outage response, including identification, diagnosis, and recovery efforts.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in system administration, particularly with Azure and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Secure Operations Center (SOC) environments and principles.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
