Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences on various technology platforms and software.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Maintain and update training documentation and resources.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners post-training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and user guides.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
