Job Summary Provides hardware and software support for staff and students in a schools. Responsible for in school repair of devices along with trouble shooting classroom and office technology applications as needed. Attendance, physical presence, and timeliness are required and are essential functions of this position. Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot and repair devises on premise. This includes PCs, MAC, Chromebooks, various laptops, printers, and copiers.
• Work with staff at the school to troubleshoot classroom technology such as smartboards, and other classroom audio/visual equipment.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting in the school.
• Install, provision and update software on devices using the desktop management platforms in use by the district.
• Proved basic support for staff and student computer accounts.
• Give guidance on basic application installation and troubleshooting for all district supported applications.
• Manage and reset Access Points in the school as needed.
• Work with Network Engineers in supporting the school network infrastructure.
• Support IP and USP based phones.

A+ Certification or willing to obtain within 3 years
