About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day support operations for MQ Series production services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents across Java, Linux, and SQL components.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement root‑cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best‑practice guides for MQ Series and related infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise MQ Series environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Linux, and SQL with hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud‑based messaging architectures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
