Lead the development and enforcement of technology standards and governance frameworks across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with cloud, security, and ITIL best practices while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enforce enterprise technology standards, policies and governance frameworks across all IT domains.
- Lead architecture reviews, assess compliance with standards, and recommend improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture solutions, providing guidance on cloud, security and integration best practices.
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation, including reference models, roadmaps and compliance reports.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and governance meetings to promote awareness and adoption of standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architecture or Technology Standards & Governance Analyst in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security architecture principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to produce clear, concise architecture documentation and reports.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Cloud Practitioner) are an advantage.
