We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist – Observability Engineering to lead enterprise observability initiatives using Datadog and modern monitoring practices. The role is responsible for designing scalable observability architectures, establishing monitoring standards, driving platform adoption, and partnering with engineering, operations, cloud, and SRE teams to improve application performance, reliability, and operational visibility across hybrid and cloud environments

What will your job look like?

Define and own the enterprise observability architecture strategy aligned with business, operational resilience, and digital transformation objectives.

• Design and implement enterprise-scale observability solutions using Datadog across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Develop observability reference architectures, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across the organization. ... Architect end-to-end visibility across applications, infrastructure, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, networks, and business transactions..... Establish enterprise-wide monitoring standards, telemetry models, instrumentation frameworks, service taxonomy, and observability best practices.
