About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues across Azure and AWS cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance for partner workloads.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect scalable, secure solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.
- Provide expert guidance to partners on best practices for cloud migration, security hardening, and cost optimization.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud operations or support, with hands‑on expertise in Azure and AWS services.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and PowerShell for automation and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security controls, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
