Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology risk management frameworks and policies across the LATAM region.
- Conduct IT risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and execute internal IT audits and control testing.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to embed risk and control best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of control environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology risk management, IT audit, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
