The Opportunity

The Talent
- Degree in IT, computer science or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in technology risk and governance, IT security, business continuity management
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct management of small teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of local regulatory frameworks governing business continuity and disaster recovery
- Professional certification in business continuity (e.g., CBCM, CBCI, or CBCP) is strongly preferred
The Job Information Security Risk and Coordination (50%):
- Lead a small team of 2
- Design and deliver targeted information systems (IS) security communications, briefings, and awareness campaigns to drive policy adoption and reinforce best practices
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for IS policy compliance
- Proactively monitor and assess changes in local regulatory requirements pertaining to IS and cybersecurity, evaluating their impact on existing controls and driving timely remediation or policy updates
- Liaise with regional and group-level IS teams to ensure local regulatory developments are escalated and addressed within the broader compliance framework
- Execute and manage all assigned IS tasks in accordance with the established roadmap, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the required quality standards
- Track and report on IS task progress, maintaining accurate documentation and providing regular status updates
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of local IS controls
Business Continuity & Crisis Management (50%):
- Drive the end-to-end execution of BCP and Crisis Management Plans ensuring all frameworks remain robust, current, and operationally ready to respond to a full spectrum of disruption scenarios
- Oversee and coordinate annual BCM review cycles in strict accordance with MAS guidelines
- Prepare and submit MAS Attestation Reports
- Spearhead quarterly BCP Steering Committee meetings with senior management
- Ensure Steering Committee outcomes are translated into actionable follow-up items, tracking resolution and reporting progress to relevant governance bodies
- Manage and maintain Cross BCP solutions, ensuring inter-entity continuity arrangements are clearly defined, regularly tested, and aligned with both local regulatory expectations and group-level BCM standards
