About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute primary and secondary research studies on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to identify patterns and forecast market dynamics.
- Develop statistical models and predictive analytics to assess technology adoption and competitive positioning.
- Create clear, data‑driven reports and visual dashboards in Tableau for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Monitor and synthesize information from patents, publications, and vendor releases to maintain up‑to‑date intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research findings into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technology research, market analysis, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
