Technology Project Manager - Sutherland

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices within project teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technology Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
