- Partner with Engineering and Technology leadership to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Apply best-in-class program management practices to large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Drive clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across multi-team programs.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, including greenfield software development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various technical teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology program management, driving complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an internal consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.
