Overview of the organization:

The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability is responsible for the development of best-in-class technology platforms for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end-to-end solution design for large scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies.

Role :

The Engineering Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading variety of Solution Architecture & Design activities including the analysis of functional requirements, evaluation of different options and presenting comparative analysis along with recommendation to senior stakeholders. Individual will apply in-depth domain knowledge of financial services to grasp all facets of the multiple dimensional business problems and develop solution options.

Individual needs to be results-oriented, innovative and motivated to drive opportunities in efficiency gains, enhanced controls and extendible scalability. This is articulated and demonstrated through various types of architectural artifacts. This high performing team designs enterprise-wide solutions for critical business needs leveraging solutions, business, technical, and data architecture. Key stakeholders include operations teams, product teams and application development teams from different LoBs & functions within the organization. These engagements are global.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solution design options for enterprise-wide initiatives, evaluate the art of the possible, and devise recommendation options across several evaluation dimensions
• Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain roadmap
