Lead the end‑to‑end transformation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Enterprise Performance Management, shaping roadmap, aligning business and technology priorities, and driving adoption across finance, procurement, and supply‑chain functions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for a large‑scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM transformation.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, procurement, and supply‑chain leaders to translate strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans.
- Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with Agile delivery teams.
- Oversee implementation milestones, monitor performance metrics, and mitigate risks to keep the program on schedule and within budget.
- Drive user adoption and change management through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering ERP or cloud‑based enterprise solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments, manage cross‑functional teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and business‑analysis skills with a track record of translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
