- Manage and oversee daily technology operations, ensuring system stability and performance during night shifts.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Implement and manage incident and problem management processes to minimize downtime and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate and manage change management activities to ensure smooth and controlled deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT operations management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
