Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT operations processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT operations or a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with incident management and ITIL best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is beneficial.
