- Define and execute the strategic direction for enterprise DevOps tooling and platform services.
- Oversee the implementation and operation of CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
- Ensure seamless integration with observability and security platforms.
- Drive standardization, security, and reliability in software delivery processes.
- Improve developer productivity and enhance the overall user experience for developers.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to align tooling with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing DevOps initiatives and platforms.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms and related services.
