About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of global corporate security applications on the APS platform.
- Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS services and secure architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure applications meet regulatory and corporate security standards.
- Manage Agile delivery teams, set technical roadmaps, and mentor senior engineers.
- Oversee vendor relationships and third‑party integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with strong proficiency in Java and C#/.NET.
- Hands‑on experience designing, deploying, and securing solutions on AWS.
- Proven track record leading large‑scale, security‑focused technology programs in a financial services environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud security frameworks, identity & access management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI, GDPR).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
