Technology Intern (Entry-Level)

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or aspiring IT professional to gain real-world experience while working alongside experienced technicians and engineers.
The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and mentorship while assisting with a variety of IT support, infrastructure, and technology-related tasks. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop technical skills, and explore a career in Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist IT technicians and engineers with daily technology operations and support activities.
- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Participate in IT projects and technology implementations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory management and equipment deployment.
- Follow established security and IT best practices.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Interest in Information Technology and a desire to learn.
- Good academic standing.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
Preferred
- Completion of introductory coursework in IT, networking, computer systems, cybersecurity, programming, or related subjects.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a college or technical program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common computer hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Previous classroom, volunteer, or personal technology projects.
