The position

The Technology Logistics Administrator is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing all technology equipment, inventory, and related operational resources used across the organization. This role supports onsite employees by overseeing hardware lifecycles, optimizing distribution workflows, maintaining accurate asset records, and partnering with IT, Facilities, and People Operations to ensure employees have the tools they need on day one. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contributor to the quality management system of the facility and the conformity of the product provided to customers.
• Track asset lifecycles from procurement to deployment, return, refurbishment, and decommissioning including cycle counts.
• Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with logistics carriers and shipping vendors.

Conduct shipping and receiving duties including verification of bills of lading.

• Maintain documentation for asset tagging, device assignment, and chain‑of‑custody logs.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline technology logistics workflows.
• Standardize packaging, tracking, and distribution procedures.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal reporting related to asset utilization, loss, and cost.
• Support purchasing activities as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing: Up to 1/3 (equipment prep, packing, workstation setup).
• Walking: Up to 1/3 (warehouse/office movement, shipping area).
• Sitting: Up to 2/3 (documentation, system work, asset tracking).
• Using Hands: Frequently (handling devices, packaging, tagging, cabling).
