About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models to predict client behavior, portfolio performance, and operational risk.
- Conduct statistical analyses and hypothesis testing to uncover hidden patterns in large financial datasets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build interactive data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Participate in a structured rotation across data‑focused teams, gaining exposure to diverse analytics challenges and leadership mentorship.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch preferred).
- Solid foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Ability to work with large, relational and non‑relational data sources (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex business problems through data‑driven approaches.
