Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud‑native services on AWS, leveraging serverless and container technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering Agile practices and high‑quality code standards.
- Design and implement microservice‑based solutions using Python and Node.js, ensuring robust APIs and data integration.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure‑as‑code to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB) and cloud‑native design patterns.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js, and strong background in building microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
