Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions within the application lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Architect and develop scalable, resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Utilize AWS services for deployment, management, and scaling of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technology Lead or Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience designing and building microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
