Hands‑on Technology Lead driving end‑to‑end development of Generative AI solutions, leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks while guiding small engineering teams in a fast‑paced innovation environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, and agentic AI architectures.
- Lead a small cross‑functional team, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product and data stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and evaluation pipelines to ensure model performance and reliability.
- Maintain CI/CD workflows, monitor production systems, and troubleshoot model‑related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience building AI/ML solutions, preferably with LLMs and RAG techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Demonstrated ability to lead small technical teams or workstreams in an agile environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for staying current with emerging AI research and tools.
