About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define application architecture and high‑level design for Android modules, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Write clean, testable Kotlin/Java code and integrate RESTful services using Android SDK best practices.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams to translate requirements into functional features.
- Drive testing efforts across unit, integration, and UI levels, and support post‑release maintenance and warranty activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience with strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Deep understanding of Android SDK, MVVM architecture, and modern UI frameworks (Jetpack Compose or XML layouts).
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful API integration, Git version control, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and deliver high‑quality code in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and effective communication with cross‑functional stakeholders.
