About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for WordPress sites and Linux‑based services.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining GNU/Linux servers and related open‑source tools.
- Write and maintain Bash scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge bases.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute minor patches or plugins using PHP and Git.
Requirements
- Basic familiarity with Linux command line, file systems, and package management.
- Experience creating or managing WordPress sites, including themes or plugins.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting and version control with Git.
- Strong interest in open‑source software and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
