Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the technology strategy that supports the organization’s mission, aligning cloud, data, and product initiatives with impact goals.
Oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver data‑driven solutions that measure and amplify social impact.
Partner with program and policy teams to translate complex social challenges into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
Champion best practices in software development, DevOps, and data governance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive technology leadership, with 5+ years in a director or VP role.
Proven experience building and scaling cloud‑native architectures and data platforms.
Strong product management background, with a track record of delivering user‑centric solutions that drive measurable impact.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
