About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of core banking technology initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate banking requirements into actionable plans.
- Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum/Scrum‑like) to manage sprints, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing transparent status updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards throughout the delivery process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of delivery management experience in banking or financial services technology.
- Proven track record delivering core banking or related financial systems projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive compliance.
