Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of various IT applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, adhering to ITIL best practices.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects related to application deployment, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Act as a key liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in application management and IT service delivery.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical application.
- Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with system administration and troubleshooting is a plus.
