Your Work Profile
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform
- Define architecture and engineering standards for cloud-based data platforms
- Drive implementation of enterprise data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Python, and Spark
- Oversee development, optimization, and governance of data processing frameworks
- Partner with business stakeholders and clients to define data strategies and transformation roadmaps
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Drive performance optimization, cloud cost efficiency, and operational excellence initiatives
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
- 7 to 10 years strong experience leading data engineering initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Extensive expertise in BigQuery , Cloud Composer , and Dataproc
- Advanced proficiency in Python , SQL , and PL/SQL
- Strong hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark and large-scale data processing
- Experience architecting and delivering enterprise data platforms
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, governance, and operational best practices
- Experience managing technical teams and complex project deliveries
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Looker, or Vertex AI
- Knowledge of modern Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures
- Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and CI/CD frameworks
- Experience with cloud migration and modernization programs
- Understanding of AI/ML data engineering ecosystems
- Experience in solution estimation, proposal development, and client engagement activities
Preferred Qualifications
Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.
Experience: 7–10 years in Data Engineering leadership roles.
