Technology Analytics Lead Consultant - Wells Fargo

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end analytics projects that translate complex technology and operational data into actionable, decision‑ready insights for senior leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical models using Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS).
• Partner with cross‑functional technology, operations, and enterprise teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Create interactive visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) that communicate trends, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, agile sprint planning, and quality assurance for deliverables.
• Stay current on emerging analytics techniques, machine‑learning models, and industry best practices to continuously improve decision‑making processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology or operations analytics, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to convey complex findings in clear, business‑focused narratives.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning models to predict performance, risk, or cost outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership in agile environments, including sprint planning, team mentorship, and delivery of high‑quality analytical products.
