- Develop and manage content for knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation.
- Organize and structure information logically for ease of understanding.
- Review and edit existing documentation for consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in creating user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
- Experience with knowledge base platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
